皇帝陛下，皇后陛下，尊貴的皇室成員們，執政府以及旗下內閣部門的同仁，諮議府議長歐陽淵閣下，明鏡府的王冠宇法相，都察院的都察使同仁，國際的貴賓、元首、大使及全體國人，大家好，在這裡，先祝各位新年快樂、國慶快樂。

Your Majesty the Emperor, Her Majesty the Empress, esteemed members of the royal family, colleagues from the Executive Government and its Cabinet departments, Lord Ouyang Yuan, President of the Advisory Council, Lord Crown Yu Wang of the Mingjing House of Law, colleagues from the Censorate, distinguished international guests, heads of state, ambassadors, and all citizens, greetings to you all. I wish everyone a happy New Year and a joyous National Day.

今天，剛結束了2024年（天化元年），是天化二年的第一天，我相信全體同胞，都感受到時間的匆匆流逝，在去年，我們經歷了非常多的事件，無論好壞，都給我們2024年帶來諸多的悲或喜，也有很多歷史上重要的收穫。

Today marks the beginning of 2025, the second year of the Tianhua Era, following the conclusion of 2024. I believe every one of us feels the swift passage of time. In the past year, we experienced numerous events, both joyful and sorrowful, shaping the history of 2024 and yielding many significant accomplishments.

首先，今年的國慶活動，要感謝國慶籌備委員會的努力，我要以國慶委員會主委的身分，向陛下報告，國慶籌備委員會，我們順利的完成任務！

Firstly, I must extend my gratitude to the National Day Preparatory Committee for their efforts in organising this year's celebrations. As the Chairperson of the Committee, I report to His Majesty that we have successfully fulfilled our mission!

感謝黃聖凱願意接下煙火任務，也非常努力的完成工作。要感謝李政桐，製作海報，並積極地參與委員會工作。在這次SUNO的音樂製作工作中，我要感謝陛下及李政桐同志的建議與提案，讓我能順利完成這次音樂製作。

I wish to thank Mr. Huang Shengkai for undertaking the task of the fireworks display with dedication and diligence. My gratitude also goes to Mr. Li Zhengtong for his design of the posters and active involvement in committee affairs. For this year's musical production under SUNO, I am especially thankful for the suggestions and proposals from His Majesty and Comrade Li Zhengtong, which enabled the successful completion of the project.

這次五週年國慶日的官方紀念曲中，採用的是古典、基督教聖歌之類似風格，我們以「God save the Emperor, God save the Great Cloud」作為主題，意在讚頌大雲帝國在上帝的保佑下屹立不搖，也向上帝禱告，持續保佑我們，請上帝賜福我們的皇帝，鐵血與力量，智慧與公正；請上帝賜予智慧與權杖，永保發展；願天佑吾皇，願天佑大雲。

The official commemorative song for this fifth anniversary National Day adopts a classical style reminiscent of Christian hymns. The theme, "God save the Emperor, God save the Great Cloud," is a hymn of praise for the Great Cloud Empire’s steadfastness under God's blessing and a prayer for continued divine protection. May God bless our Emperor with iron will and strength, wisdom and justice; may God grant wisdom and authority to guide unceasing development. God save our Emperor, God save the Great Cloud.

我們在去年，在政府團隊的不懈努力下，我們成功將跨國兼職徹底契約化、法治化，我們政府高層，均看到了跨國兼職的優點或缺點，亦結合過往大量案件的經歷，我們不但與金姆維斯簽署有關跨國兼職合作與限制相關的條約，也將跨國兼職問題國內法化，我們成功藉由法治的方式，管控、制定較為優良的處置方式，我們未來將會解決跨國兼職問題。

Last year, through the relentless efforts of the government team, we successfully legalised and regulated transnational part-time contracts. Recognising both the benefits and shortcomings of such arrangements, and drawing from extensive past case studies, we not only entered into treaties with Jinmuweisi to manage transnational part-time cooperation and restrictions but also codified these issues into domestic law. This legal framework will enable us to address challenges effectively and establish superior governance practices for transnational employment issues.

我們感謝國際上的友邦、朋友的支持，我們相信，彼此的友善、合作，共同圖末技術困難，會給雙方或多方帶來良好的助益。我這邊要感謝天金二國，就是天王民主帝國與金姆維斯民主共和國，在我們經歷困難的時刻，我們感受到了溫暖了，謝謝你們！再來，我們要感謝其他國際友人的建議與教誨，我們與國際上雖然與有些國家有誤會跟衝突，但我相信，我們會誒來越好！期盼與各國持續有好，共同為微國圈子做出重大貢獻。

We deeply appreciate the support of our international allies and friends. Mutual goodwill and collaboration to overcome technological challenges bring great benefits to all parties involved. My special thanks go to the two nations of Tianjin—the Heavenly Democratic Empire and the Jinmuweisi Democratic Republic—for their warmth and assistance during difficult times. Thank you! Additionally, we express our gratitude to other international friends for their advice and mentorship. Despite occasional misunderstandings and conflicts with certain nations, I believe our relationships will continue to improve. We look forward to maintaining goodwill and contributing significantly to the micronation community with all countries.

再來，我們執政府在去年，也成立了處理活動的專門委員會，推出了"新進步旅遊計畫"、"手拉手新血刺激計畫"、"流量，明星-創造計畫"..等一系列的活動，並且如今仍然持續保養著、創辦著，每一份計畫，都經過嚴密的規畫，也是繼過往歷代以來，生產最多活動的一年，我們未來會持續保持這類勢頭，繼續推出更多好玩的機制、活動，與大雲民眾共享樂。在相當熟悉攝影的陛下，他的帶領下，我們成功舉辦「城市瞬間攝影展」，以「捕捉時代脈動的都市風景」為展覽主軸，為國內優秀攝影師提供舒展才華的舞台。我們也完成了走向新時代，順應科及，適應、善用AI的功能，為生活與科技進行更多貢獻。

Moreover, our Executive Government established a dedicated committee for event management last year, launching initiatives such as the "New Progress Tourism Programme," "Hand-in-Hand New Blood Stimulus Plan," and "Flow and Star Creation Plan." These and other initiatives are still being maintained and expanded. Every project underwent meticulous planning, making last year the most productive in terms of activities in our history. We will continue this momentum, rolling out more engaging mechanisms and events to share joy with the citizens of Great Cloud. Under His Majesty’s guidance, particularly in the realm of photography, we successfully organised the "City Moments Photography Exhibition," themed around "Capturing the Urban Pulse of Our Times," providing a platform for outstanding photographers to showcase their talent. Furthermore, we adapted to technological advancements, embracing AI to make life and science more interconnected and impactful.

還有，我們要特別感謝諮議府的運作與不懈的努力，我們通過了大雲諮議府本率及諮議府相關法律，完善了諮議府的運作，他們也針對跨國兼職議題，提供了可貴的建議。他們是政府運作最不可或缺的一員，未來執政府會與諮議府合作，也會與在野黨友好交流，共同創造更美好的大雲。感謝諮議府的歐陽淵議長，我們的交談一直那麼的順利與愉快，期盼我們未來可以攜手向前。

I must also commend the tireless efforts of the Advisory Council. Significant strides were made in improving its operational structure and passing relevant legislation, thanks to the valuable suggestions offered on issues such as transnational employment. The Advisory Council remains an indispensable part of our government. In the future, the Executive Government will collaborate closely with the Advisory Council and maintain constructive dialogue with opposition parties to build a better Great Cloud. My heartfelt gratitude to Lord Ouyang Yuan, President of the Council; our discussions have always been smooth and fruitful. I look forward to our continued partnership.

我們也完成了政府公文的完善，我們規定了公告基本格式，政府公文傳遞的格式，也完善了諮議府提案格式的設計，我們為政府文明的未來打下良好的基礎。

We have also improved the official document framework within the government, standardising announcement formats, streamlining communication, and refining proposal templates for the Advisory Council. These efforts lay a solid foundation for the future of our administrative systems.

我們在論壇科技方面也有重大進展，在過去，驅牛翁時期給我們打造的"論壇化"、"論壇科技的初創基礎"，我們要對他致上萬分的感謝，雖然在如今，驅牛翁早已離開，但是各位不用擔心，我，還有造辦署同仁這邊對於論壇科技的熟悉已經有更深的了解，包括後台運作、版面設計、DIY設計等論壇工作都已逐漸熟悉，這次的國慶版面正是在下的研究成果。我相信，不久將來，我們能夠在論壇科技上不斷突破，我們會始終堅定向前、探索位置的論壇領域。

In terms of forum technology, we achieved notable progress. I extend my sincerest gratitude to Qu Niuweng for laying the groundwork for forum innovation during his tenure, even though he has since departed. Rest assured, my colleagues at the Manufacturing Office and I have gained deeper insights into forum technology, including backend operations, interface design, and DIY customisation. The forum layout for this National Day stands as a testament to my research. I am confident we will continue to break new ground in forum technology, advancing steadily into uncharted territory.

我與陛下，也開發、提拔了相當多人才，諸如七署長，以及馬步芳等眾新人，他們非常的棒。未來，我們將持續培養人才，如同陛下說的，我們必須積極培養人才，將世代一代又一代的培養好，為國家的未來打下基礎。

Together with His Majesty, we have developed and nurtured remarkable talents, including Chief Qi and newcomers like Ma Bufang. They have excelled in their roles, and we are committed to fostering more talent in the future. As His Majesty aptly stated, we must actively train the next generation, ensuring the nation's future is secure.

我們的超級培訓營也持續在運作中，目前，超級陪勳營的主力教師為我親自擔任，我教導他們為官、為政的良好習慣，也為他們解惑，更期盼透過培訓營，持續打磨人才，讓他們在官場上，能夠更具潛力，散發光亮。

Our Super Training Camp remains operational, with me personally serving as the lead instructor. I guide participants on the principles of governance, resolving their uncertainties and honing their potential. Through the camp, we aim to cultivate future leaders equipped to shine on the political stage.

我們做了這麼多事，是非常居功至偉的奇蹟，我們做到了過往我們認為的不可能，我們做到了突破，我們把不可能變成了可能，我們把阻礙變成了前進的通道，我們一起來個掌聲好不好？給自己一個鼓掌。

What we have accomplished is an extraordinary miracle. We have achieved what once seemed impossible, turning obstacles into pathways of progress. Let us give ourselves a round of applause for this incredible journey.

各位，天化二年的到來，抹去了過去的陰霾，無論是困難或悲憤，我們終將在新的一年徹底抹除，先生與女士們，磨難沒有擊敗我們，我們越發強壯了。身為開國元勳，看到大雲帝國在五年中的風雨不倒下，我非常開心，就像打贏了第二次世界大戰那樣值得令人興喜若狂，就像我們在轟炸中仍然堅定意志並戰勝磨難那般值得慶祝。各位，可以去好好喝一杯，好好爽一次，我們休息是為了走更長遠的路，各位辛苦了。未來，我們要一起加油！

Ladies and gentlemen, the arrival of the second year of Tianhua dispels the shadows of the past. Regardless of the trials or tribulations, we have emerged stronger. As a founding father, witnessing the Great Cloud Empire endure through five years of challenges fills me with unparalleled joy, akin to the elation of victory in the Second World War. Just as we triumphed amidst bombings with unwavering resolve, this occasion warrants celebration. Let us toast, relax, and recharge for the long road ahead. Your hard work has been invaluable. Together, let us press forward!

新的一年會有新的氣象，我可以肯定，歡喜的事與悲憤的事情兩個並不會在哪一年消失，有令人歡笑的東西就會有令人悲傷的事情......，但是，未來，遇到任何事情，可以感到可惜，可以感到憤怒，但不可以絕望，這皇帝陛下政府以及每個人的決心-永不言棄，世界上的勝或敗，也許不重要，但你心中絕對不可以將自己視為失敗者，我們必須不斷的站起來，我們必須要有充足的自信心，能夠戰勝一切挑戰，戰勝一切恐懼，你們要武裝起來，要做英勇的戰士，因為我們寧願在戰場上殞落，也勝過旁觀我們的國家與聖壇蒙受暴行。正如上帝的旨意在天上實現，願在地上也同樣實現。

The new year heralds fresh opportunities and challenges. While joy and sorrow will inevitably coexist, I urge everyone to face difficulties with resolve, never despairing. The Emperor’s Government and all of us share an unwavering determination: to never give up. Triumph and defeat in the world may seem insignificant, but in your heart, never view yourself as a failure. Rise again, armed with confidence to overcome all challenges and fears. Be courageous warriors, willing to fall on the battlefield rather than witness our nation and sanctity suffer atrocities. As in heaven, so may God's will be fulfilled on earth.

在任上，我能像邱吉爾一樣，保護陛下，保護政府，挺過好幾次的至暗時刻，我也要感謝陛下對我的絕對信任，沒有陛下的信任，今年剛滿22歲的我，不會擁有這麼多的空間推出眾多新政，也不會有完成這些工作量絕對積極心態，也要感謝其他的同仁，感謝所有人的信任與依靠，我會繼續做，我想做厲害的大雲邱吉爾，我想繼續奉獻；要我在沙灘上、沙漠裡戰鬥，我萬死不辭。如同邱吉爾說的：「我能盡心奉獻的別無他物，只有熱血、辛勞、眼淚和汗水。」，各位，我本人完全相信，我們再次證明我們有能力保衛我們的家園，所以我將動用我們全部的力量，使用上帝能給我們所有力量，我絕不會拋棄、逃離上帝賜予給我的命運與挑戰，我會持續接受付託，用強硬、堅毅、倔強、堅持，抵禦所有困難。

During my tenure, I have protected His Majesty and the Government through several dark moments, much like Churchill during Britain’s darkest hours. My profound gratitude goes to His Majesty for placing absolute trust in me. Without that trust, I would not, at just 22 years of age, have had the space to implement so many new policies and accomplish these feats. My thanks also extend to all colleagues and supporters. I aspire to become a great "Cloud Churchill," dedicating myself tirelessly. Whether on the beaches or in the deserts, I shall fight to my last breath. As Churchill once declared, "I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears, and sweat." I firmly believe we have again proven our ability to defend our homeland. I will wield all power God grants me and never shy away from challenges or abandon my destiny. Through fortitude and resolve, we shall overcome all adversities.

我們將會持續打贏第二次世界大戰，我們也將不被倫敦大空襲所打敗，我們會戰勝一切！

We will continue to triumph over all battles and remain undefeated, no matter the challenges!
